This is where the notes from the lab will live: what runs here every day, what broke, what got rebuilt, and what the rebuild actually taught. The first posts are being written now.

Nothing here is a launch announcement in disguise. Expect posts about **order** \- why a step comes where it does, what a verification step is really worth, what a restore teaches you that a backup never does, and where a coding agent genuinely helps versus where it will confidently wreck your weekend.
